How was Ali treated at the post office?

Ali was treated very badly in the post office. Here only went there form the letter from her daughter but everyone thinks that he was disturbing them and behave with him very rudely. He never complain others, he always came and sit in the corner in the post office. Ali was being humiliated and some members of the post office also call him by nick names.
Ali was a great example of patience.....
