This kingdom of fools was different from other kingdoms as since, the king of the fool's kingdom wanted to do something extraordinary, he ordered his ministers to issue an order by him that from now onwards, days would be nights and nights would be days. This means that from now onwards, all people of that kingdom would do their jobs, farm-work, business, shops etc. at night and everyone should be asleep during the day. To force people follow this rule, he threatened them by tell them that he would behead them if they don't follow this new law, ie., if they are seen working during the day. This threat made the people of the kingdom of fools, whose king and ministers were idiots, follow this rule. The people even trained their cattle accordingly to sleep during the day and graze during the night.
These were the things that were different in the kingdom of fools than other kingdoms.
