Answer:

Apartheid was the Racial Discrimination system in South Africa and South Western Africa, which was carried out by the SouthAfrican Government towards the Black People of South Africa regarding their Racial differences. it was mostly observed to have been started in the early years of the 20th century.

People were treated very poorly who belonged to lower races and often used for slavery and hard labour. having relationships with other races was considered a criminal offence. Women have been treated very poorly due to Racial Discrimination as well as the Gender Discrimination. black people were forced to relocate in order to remove slum areas from white people's properties and surroundings. children didn't had the right to education. Black people weren't allowed to participate in any sports or anything.

This system ended in 1994 when African National Congress won with a majority of 252 seats out of 400 seats in the elections and Nelson Mandela became the first Black President.
