‘Civil disobedience movement’ was a movement which was proposed by the congress government before independence to fight against British rule. By the ‘civil disobedience movement’ the people of India decided to disobey Laws which were formed by the British rulers.

  • In addition to that they decided in banning of the products which was proposed by the British government to buy and started picketing.  
  • In addition to that there were a large number of illegal laws which were made by the British which the Indians did not support and went against it.
