How was democracy established in Nepal

Democracy was established twice in Nepal.

Once in 2007 BS through a people revolution lead by Nepali Congress. BP Koirala led the first democratically elected government in 2015 BS only to be thrown out and jailed by then king Mahendra.

In 2046, another peoples movement brought in democracy ending an active monarchy. GP Koirala led another democratically elected government.

Some people consider Nepal moving away from monarchy in 2063 BS another fight for democracy
