The early man’s life was slow and gradual process because it was time when the level of scientific inventions was at the bottom level.

Explanation:

The early man was totally dependent on nature and its products for his survival. The nature taught him each and every aspects of living. It thought him how to hunt, how to gather food, how to dress etc.

He learnt to hunt and farm as he was facing hunger, as he felt self conscience he covered up himself with leaves and plants as his dress. Due to all the aforesaid fact, it can be said that early man’s life was slow and gradual process.
