Actually, Horce Danby was a good and respectable person but he is not completely honest.As he has a habit of addiction of reading rare and expensive books, he started stealing Money and other materialistic things. He stole only once in a year and he would buy a book which would last for 11-12 months.Thus, he is different from other thieves!
