Name of the chapter:  The Little Girl

By - Katherine Mansfield

Answer -

Kazia's father was a disciplined man. He was very strict. He never played with Kazia. He doesn't smile much. He used to give punishment to Kazia for her little mistakes. So, Kazia was afraid of her father.

Whereas Mr. Macdonald was his neighbor. He was a friendly man. He enjoyed it with his children. He used to have lots of fun and laughter with kids. He was not as strict as Kezia's father.

So, both are different from each other.

  • More Information:

The chapter is about a small girl's relation with his strict father. She wanted to have fun with his father but he was busy. But soon she gets love, care, and sympathy from his father when her mother and grandmother are not in the house.
