heya buddy,
britishers did not alow Indians to make salt and imposed taxes on salt which was used in every house and which added taste to our food so Gandhi ji allong with his followers walked for many day on foot to a place called Dhandi in Gujarat where they broke the salt law as they made salt by boiling sea water.....
