Becoz of following reasons:

● TEACHERS & STUDENTS : Teachers and student did not follow curriculum. while teaching vietnamese teachers used to modify the text which was againgst the vietnamese.

● SAGION NATIVE GIRL'S SCHOOL INCIDENT : In 1926 a major protest corrupted in tha Sagion Native Girl School . A Vietnamese girls siiting in one of the front seat to vacate a front seat for french girl were reduced . so some angry students protested this led to an open protest by the people .

● STUDENTS & EDUCATION : The student formed various political parties such as the party of annanese student.
