Sebastian had been using his laptop to play the interactive psycho driven games and banged his head onto it during the motorway accident. Perhaps, Sebastian had been plugged into the computer which had stored his memory in its on. It was then transferred to the games. Hence, Sebastian Shultz's memory was stored on Michael's disc.

During accident, Sebastian was playing one of the psycho-drive games in his laptop.But when he banged his head in the accident, his memory got stored in laptop.
He got to Know this when he got the same psycho-drive games.
