Bastille prison was destroyed by the citizens of France. They every single weapon they got . they destroyed Bastille to protest against the Lousi 16 .

On 14July 1789, an angry French mob stormed the Bastille. They freed the prisoners and razed the jail building to the ground. The Bastille was a famous prison. The fall of the Bastille is considered the opening salvo of the radical stage of the French Revolution.
