There are two level of local government which are more strategical than the earlier Local Governing Systems.


The two levels divided to do some certain works and maintain the region accordingly.


The two level are  


By the top tier


By the lower tier.


By the Top Tier: It looks over the control and maintenance of transport, social service, education, fire and police services.


By the lower tier: It looks over the waste collection, public planning and public housing.
