Answer: Non-Cooperation Movement was launched in 1920 while the Civil Disobedience Movement was launched in 1930.
Non-Cooperation Movement aimed at the refusal to cooperate with the government. The main agenda of the movement was to surrender of titles and the boycott of government controlled schools, offices and courts. The Civil Disobedience Movement was aimed at breaking certain laws like the salt law. People also refused to pay taxes at some place.
Non-Cooperation Movement was launched to unify Hindus and Muslims and to attain Swaraj while Civil Disobedience Movement was launched to attain 'Purna Swaraj' or Complete Independence.
