2) if there is more than 1 tier of govt in unitary then it is subordinate to the central govt .... whereas in Federal there is no subordinate govt and they have separate jurisdiction and powers.

3)the sub govt is answerable to the central in untitary but the sub govt is not answerable to central govt in Federal but these both are answerable to the people of the country
