the third estate played a main role in getting france free of the british powers.third estate comprised of the labourers,artisans,pesants and farmers who were very poor and were forced by the second estste people i.e. the nobels and the church officials and the first estate people i.e the king to pay heavy taxes.so,3rd estate people revolted against the monarch rule under the leadership of napoleon Bonaparte and got free of monarchy.
