The french society was divided into three estates- Clergy, Nobility and Common people.
Clergy are the rich and important persons like kings and their families.
Nobility included rich businessmen and rich landlords.
Common people are the common people like peasants, workers, businessmen, teachers, lawyers.
Clergy and Nobility enjoyed the privileges by birth and they have all the comforts and everything they want they get easily.
Group of the common people don't have any privileges and have to suffer a lot. Peasants get very low wages for their work and their conditions were the worst.
