Constitution was formed by the Constituent Assembly members . it to them many years to complete it. It put together the aspirations hopes police and goals of the Indian people and framed the constitution they also put in Directive Principles fundamental duties and fundamental rights in the constitution and hoped that the government would follow these and make India a just and democratic country.
