Answer:
indian constitution was made by dr .Br.ambadkar
It was in 1934 when MN Roy had an idea of a Constituent Assembly for India. Later after a year, even Congress agreed to the idea of such an assembly that will frame the constitution.
Five years later (1935), a Mission was introduced (Cripps Mission) that made a provision for the set up of Assembly and on its recommendation, the Assembly was finally there in November 1946.
The Assembly met in New Delhi for the first time at a place which is today known as Central Hall of Parliament. (The date was 9th December 1946).
Two days later, the Great Dr. Rajendra Prasad was elected as the Permanent President of this Assembly.
It took the Assembly almost 2 years and 11 months something to complete the task of drafting the constitution. There were 11 sessions during the time.
Now, let’s see our magnificent Drafting committee who finalized the task of Drafting the Constitution.
It was August 1947, The assembly set up a Drafting Committee. Chairman was the legendary Dr. BR Ambedkar a.k.a Father of Indian Consitution.
There were almost 2500 Amendments approximately out of 7500 approx.
Members signed the constitution of 26 November 1949.
This date is also mentioned in the Preamble (Basically the Identity Card of the whole Constitution) as the date where we gave ourselves our Constitution.
Later 26th January 1950 was chosen as the date of commencement of the constitution.
Hope this helps you........
