Hey there,

Birth of dolly occurred on 13th February, 1997. The technique used is called cellular totipotency. It is the ability of a living somatic nucleated cell to form a complete organism.
In the birth of dolly, she was a clone of her fin dorset parent. After the blastomerization of zygote, it was implanted in the embryo of a a sheep and the birth was normal.

================================

In the case of Louis Brown, he was born by the process of IVF also known as In vitrro fertilization. It was somewhat different from somatic totipotency because in this case, the zygote developed in a test tube and not in the motheer's foetus. Besides this, Brown was not a clone of his parents.

===========================================

This distinguishes the birth of Dolly, the first cloned animal with that of Louis Brown, the first test tube baby...

PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIEST IF HELPFUL!!!
