The holocaust refers to murder of Jews during the Nazi government of Germany during second world war.
The plan was to eliminate all the Jews in Europe during the war because Nazi government was full of hatred against Jews Nazi did horrible crime against humanity.
They used every possible source like posters , films , media and also use effectivaly the language to spread hatred against Jews. They started brain washed the people.
People even the Jews started to see like Nazi's person

when the German were preoccupied with their own plight as a defeated nation emerging out of the rubble, the Jews wanted the world to remember the Atrocities and sufferings they had endured during the Nazi killing operations- also called the HOLOCAUST.
