How was the Weimar republic born in Germany ? Explain

Because Berlin was not safe. For the new Government officials to conduct business and politics efficiently, it had to be done with some reasonable security. In Berlin, the home of “national” politics or the Diet, you had gangs of armed militia and Communists roaming the place killing eachother. It was born in Weimar out of fear. There was a lot of confusion at that time.
