Plants have vascular bundles which helps in the transportation of water and nutrients.

For the transportation of water , plants have vascular bundle called Xylem. With the help of transpiration ,which helps in pulling upwards or sucking the water from soil (coherent property) to xylem which in turn transports water to different parts of the plant.

For the transportation of nutrients, plants have vascular bundle called phloem. With the help of translocation , it transports essential acids like amino acids and sucrose to the leaves (chlorophyll) which makes food for plants by photosynthesis.
