if heat is added to water, it evaporates. ... in the hydrologic cycle, water from oceans, lakes, swamps, rivers, plants, and even you, can turn into water vapour. water vapour condenses into millions of tiny droplets that form clouds. clouds lose their water as rain or snow, which is called precipitation.

water molecules are heated by the sun and turns into water vapour that Rises into the earth through a process called evaporation next the water vapour cools and form clouds through condensation overtime the cloud become heavy because this cool water particles how turn into water droplets when the cloud become extremely heavy with water droplet the water falls back to the earth through participation (rain ,snow, hail etc) the process continuous in a cyclical manner.
