How water must be added to one litre solution of Na2CO3, to make it exactly N/10?
.25 cc of N/10 HCl neutralized 21 cc of sodium carbonate solution.​

HCL and NA2CO3 is neutralized ,it means we can use the given equation:

N1V1=N2V2

0.1×25=N2×21

N2=0.119047

now,1 litre(1000ml) solution of na2co3 is given in the question which means we have got new volume of NA2CO3 and let new volume me V2=1000ml

so again

N2V2=N3V3

here N3 AND V3 all should be of water which we have to find

0.119047×1000=0.1×V3

V3=1190.47

now we have to find the actual volume of water that is V3-1000

1190.47-1000

=190.47 or we can write 190.5cc
