How are we able to walk ?
We have legs ! Yeah we have but just having legs is all about that we can walk ?
No, there is frictional force which enables walking too . Gravity pulls everything at the center of the earth .
One more thing !
We have muscles in our legs in which Contractions happens between two muscles.
