Stress maybe awful!! Tbh stress is something which is common but you might never know that stress actually kills you secretly.. I will explain
I had alot of stress.. Exams, notes, then other personal problems... I was quite small to handle all the stress also... But I never realized there was something happening to me...
Like I always felt down and not interested in anything and used to roll down without sharing any of my thoughts (which I dont recommend now also) I started feeling not enough and was sad most of the time
After some time I was done being looking awful and thought of loving myself and making myself happier and even cared about me... I never took others words much closely (even positive or negative).
But stuffs was like not what I thought, I started having grey hairs at 14.. I thought it was just some kind of inherent problems.. But it continued and my mom used to find plenty of grey hairs... After sometime I found something weird on my face. Whenever I took a picture of mine I would find my face totally bulged at one side.
I was scared... Later with couple of doctors check ups I came to know that I was having osteoarthritis (arthritis at my jaws)
At first.. I was so young for such problems... I never knew why I was suffering it until I came to know even stress can be cause
I was super stressed that made my body kill itself by doing such harmful stuffs....
So please dont suffer stres for long!! Your gonna be happy again.. Ppl loves you!!!
