In today's busy schedule, we find it difficult to focus in anything. The first step to concentrate in anything that we want to do is to develop our mind's focusing power.

Now the question arises that:

'How can we develop our mind's focusing power?'

The answer is:

By doing meditation everyday, we can develop our mind's focusing power. Meditation simply means concentrating deeper... deeper... and as deep as you can go.
I would recommend you to sit in a still position. Then close your eyes and concentrate totally in yourself. It's really difficult to do that but you can master meditation by practice. Many thoughts will surround you. But you must not pay attention to those thoughts. Avoid them. Focus inside... inside your mind... inside your brain... Control your thoughts. And I'm sure, one day you will achieve your goal. By practice... practice... and practice.

However, today there are many things to distract us like mobile phones, television, video games etc. We should not pay much time and attention to them.

The most important thing is - "Don't take tension". Don't feel distressed.

Hope it will help you.
And don't forget to do meditation every day whenever you are free. It's best to do in the morning but students can't find much time besides there study. So do it whenever you find time.

My best wishes for you.
I don't care if you mark my answer as brainliest or not. But I only care about how good I can answer the questions that I choose to answer. I hope I've done well.

Thanks for the question.
