how we can find sigma bond

It’s simple. Every element forms only a single covalent bond. That is sigma bond. If there are 3 bonds (eg [math]N_2[/math]), one must be covalent and other 2 pi. It’s that simple.
The real game lies in guessing the total number of bonds.
There are 3 ways molecules are represented in chemistry, depending on your skill level. If you pick up a high level textbook, you will find more line drawings than bond-line diagrams (organic chemistry only.)
