Question ⤵️

How we can find the square root of imperfect number? Ex 32

Answer ⤵️

A perfect square can be represented using its factors raised to their 2nd power. this representation is then simplified and the square root is found. similarly, there is a way to represent a non perfect square. Let's take an example to understand this. how can we find the length of the diagonal of a square with sides 1 cm long.

we can use the pythagoras' property.

c^2 = a^2 + b^2 units

c = root a^2 + b^2

c = root 1^2 + 1^2 units

c = root 1 + 1 units

c = root 2 units.

Fun fact ⤵️

The set of natural numbers is represented by 'N', whole numbers by 'W' , Integers by 'I', but set of rational numbers is represented by 'Q' , not 'R' . The 'Q' stands for Quotient.
