In Kali Yuga, it is enough if one chants Bhagawan’s nama sincerely; he is given due relief and there is no need to perform elaborate procedures depicted in the ancient scriptures. Just by chanting Hari Nama, one can tide over the perils of this Yuga. Such a concession has been given by Kali Purusha as stated in our scriptures.

So we have two-fold approach towards release from the evil effects first by keeping away from the vulnerable areas wherein Kali resides and second by chanting Hari nama with dedication.
