How we can help our railway in running as per scheduled time?

The railways is the  largest service sector of India as a lot of revenue and additional charges is collected from the railways. But, the Indian Government is yet to make advancements in the field of railways...More schemes and facilities should be made to increase commodity in railways. Also better trains should be made (such as bullet trains which run at a high speed) Along with this the "signal system" needs to be enhanced in order to prevent scheduled trains from reaching their destinations late. This can be done with the combined efforts of the government as well as the citizens of India
