as elections are also held in communist government but there is no rival of him......so we can't say that it is democratic government......as it proves that elections is not a main factor in which we can categories that the government is democratic.

●In Zimbabwe, freedom of speech isn't allowed. People are not allowed to give their opinion. Moreover, as China ,It too has One-Party System in only One Party won the elections.
