Failure can be a beautiful experience. Why? This is because it provides us with an opportunity to develop courage. Or as as Confucius said, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall."

The best way to begin us to realising that failure is an event, not a person. In other words, if you were to try something new and fail 10 times in a row you would not be a failure but a person who has experienced 10 failures. That's a big difference. At first you don't succeed, try again another day. It motivates us a lot and it teaches us that there is nothing wrong in failing. It teaches us perseverance.

A good example is that Thomas Edison. After 10,000 unsuccessful attempts to develop his electric light bulb, he said," I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Edison realized that men do not fail ; they give up trying. He realized that success is not giving up. Shouldn't we be following his example?

The fact is success is the result of bouncing back during times of discouragement without dependency on others. Thomas Edison used discouragement as a stepping stone to achievement. Each failure is a challenge to try harder.

If everything you do works, you are not trying hard enough. Positive attitudes will provide persistence until knowledge and quality decisions acquired .

Hope this helps you.
