literate and illiterate people votes are also considered equal.
big politicians and ordinary people votes are also considered as equal.

Both of rich and poor vote.

Both of there vote is considered to be one.

No differentiation is done and the one with higher votes win and it's not that the rich ones voted by rich will win.
