how we can say that when wavelength is less then it penetrate more and when wavelenth is more then it penetrates less​

Rayleigh gave = Scattering of light is inversely proportional to (wavelenght)^4

so smaller the wavelenght more will be the scattering .

With increase in scattering its penetrating power decreases .

Red has highest wavelengh thereby lower scattering and thereby sirens and danger lights and signs are red in color.
