Hii....Mate!! here is ur ans

First u have to take a healthy green leaves.Put it in a beaker containing water. Than put it in a beaker containing alcohol and boil it... And take the leaf out from the beaker. Than dropped some iodine solution.. It will turn into blue or black colour. It shows the presence of starch in the leaves...
