Ahoy,
You can check out whether a number is divisible by 11 or not my simply dividing it by 11. If the remainder is 0 then it is divisible by 11. If not then no.

the sum of odd place valve number - sum of even place valve should be divisible 11..
ex: 121...
now odd place numbers are 1 and 1 .now add them it's 2 again even place digit is 2.
now 2-2 =0 and 11×0 =0 so it's divisible by 11.....
