When we touch a hot object our skin is the receptor of heat which transfer the message to sensory neurons which then transfer the message to spinal chord. Now spinal chord transfers the message to motor neuron. Motor neuron gives the message to our muscles which act as a effector oragan. Then we take our hand back. This happens very quickly as u touch the hot object and immediately take away ur hand
