= The star is observed from earth in an interval of six month with respect to a distinct star as shown in figure. [figure is in attachment]

l = 2 A.U. [Astronomial unit]

→ 1 A.U = 1.5 x 10⁴m

Parallax method :- l = rQ

Now,

l = 2 A.U.

r = 2 A.U. ÷ Q1 + Q2

Here, r = radius
l = length
Q = theta
A.U. = Astronomial unit
