If we multiply it by 125 /125 there will not be any change in the value.
Also,the question becomes easy to solve due to 1000 in denominator

and if can multiple both sides by same digit ,
so ,33/2×2×2
could be written as
33 × 5×5×5 / 2×2×2 ×5×5×5
=33×125/2^3×125
=4.125
even if you divide 33 by 8 you will get sane answer .Its just a easy method of converting fractions into decimals.
