It is completing square method so according to your question
x² - 2 (6/2 × 5 )x + (3/5)² = 2/5 +(3/5)²
the numerator and denominator both has been multiplied by 2 in coefficient of x.
Also in this method we have to first shift constant term to rhs and then we have to add square of the half of coefficient of x both sides .In this way in this que we got 3/5 in equation 3rd..
Hope it will be contented..
