First you have to add question then if somebody know that anwer which you asked he will give the answer and he gets some points for giving answer

It takes time .because if some one know your questions answer then only he can give

i think you know all this because you have already asked a question. first there is a green box at right which says ask your question. click on that. type your question, choose the subject and points you want to give and then post your question. there are many users, anyone who know the answer will answer your question. then you can say thanks or mark brainliest.
