following step to open it-
> Press the Start button
> Click on Accessories
> Then click folder, Microsoft Office.
> click on Microsoft Office Powerpoint (P.P.T.)
> Press the Start button
> Click on Accessories

In both (windows or Mac Os) we get a application known as PowerPoint.
I am giving you steps.
→Launch the PowerPoint application.
→Choose any design for your convenience.
→Create title page
In this page you have to add the topic of your report/presentation and some info about that.
→Add More Slides
→Add any other things like graphs,charts etc.
To add anyone of these (graphs,charts) you have to click on the "Insert" option.Then in that section, you will see many kind of things to insert in your PPT.
→Add animations/transitions
To add the animation, click on the "animation" option at the menu bar.To add animation just click on the slide and choose anyone from the option
→You are done
Now just save the presentation and play it
