They used aggressive measures to fulfill their demands.
The Moderates :
They were loyal to the British.
They believed in cooperation.
They only wanted a part of the Government and not complete freedom or Poorna Swaraj.
They submitted petitions and memorandums to the Government and followed peaceful methods to fulfill their demands.
