how were forest laws enacted in bastar

In bastar there were following forest laws.....
no one was allowed to take forest products like timber..etc. for domestic use..
grazing of animals was banned..
poaching or hunting was also banned...
n these forest acts or laws created many difficulties for shifting cultivators,forest dwellers,forest villagers..
