The debates with various religious scholars made akbar to learn more about all the religions and he got an idea of framing sulh-i-kul(universal peace).and he understood more about his people.and his friend abul fazi helped in framing a vision of governance by the idea of sulh I kul.and akbar was able to formnhis government without discriminations between the religions etc.

Hii dear here is your answer.

Akbar's interaction with the people of different people made him realise that religious scholars who emphasised ritual and dogma were often bigots. The teaching of different religious scholars created division and disharmony amongst his subjects. This led to the idea of sulh-i-kul or "universal peace" which means tolerance and not to discriminate between people of different religions in his realm. They framed a vision of different religions in his realms. They framed a vision of governance around the idea of sulh-i-kul forced on a system of ethics honesty, justice, peace which was universally applicable.
