  • But Liberals regarded it as sufficient to establish individual rights that would protect the individual. Radicals, however, sought institutional, social/economic, and especially cultural/educational reform to allow every citizen to put those rights into practice.

Radicals and liberals were a group of people with completely opposite and different thoughts.

Both had a different thought process as -

  • Liberals wanted a country that accepted any religion. In comparison, socialists wanted a nation where democracy was focused on the majority population of a region.
  • Liberals believed in reforming society, believed that only land owners should have voting rights. Radicals believed in majority rule, and advocated the right of women to vote.
