1. Socialist in the countryside formed the socialist Revolutionary Party in 1900.
2. This party struggled for peasant's right and demanded that land belonging to nobles be transferred too peasant's.
3. Social democrats disaggred with socialist Revolutionaries about peasants.
4. Lenin felt that peasants were not one united group.Some were poor and other were rich , some worked as labourers while others were capitalists who employed worker. Given this 'differention' within them,they could not all be the part of a socialist Revolutionaries.
5. The party was divided over the strategy of organisations.
