The Uppercast treats the lower cast ppl bu untouchability.for example in school, the high cast ppl are seated in class but the lower casts ppl are to be seated in out of the class by the involvement of teachers also.The higher cast ppl treat the lower cast untochalibilty becoz of cast feeling and they feel like the low cast ppl are meant for working under high cast ppl.And the low cast ppl are was also not leterated so ,the high cast ppl suppress the lowe cast ppl

But, now-a-days untouchability is not working by the grace of literacy.
